What if Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and Stranger Things were musicals? With the help of Alan Cumming and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, James Corden showed us what that would look like on The Late Late Show Tuesday.

The Emmys’ reigning series was up first, as Cumming, Ferguson, and Corden reenacted the execution of Ned Stark. Just as Stark (played this time by Ferguson) was about to be killed, he burst into a song, “Winter Is Coming”: “The wind turns cold, and we don’t know the reason,” he sings, “but a Wildling can surprise you and become your friend.”

Finally, it was Corden’s time to shine in the Stranger Things parody. Dressed as the monster, Corden sang in true ’80s-rock style, “I want to rock your body all around / I want to take your pretty mama to the Upside Down.”
