Trespass Against Us is shaping up to be one of the most intense crime thrillers of the season, judging by its brand new trailer, which dropped Thursday morning.

The clip sees two-time Oscar-nominee Michael Fassbender playing Chad Cutler, part of a ruthless gang of thugs fronted by his father, Colby (Brendan Gleeson). With children and a wife at home, however, Chad seeks to distance himself from the family’s legacy of crime, though he ultimately agrees to conduct one last heist. But as tensions between the Cutlers and local law enforcement come to a head, Chad’s loyalty to the blood ties that bind are tested.
