Luke Cage second trailer reveals epic gangster saga

The second trailer for Marvel’s Luke Cage goes deeper into the first season’s Harlem-based epic gangster story, with tough-as-nails Cage (Mike Colter) threatening the crime empire of Cottonmouth (Mahershala Ali) while getting some moral support from NYPD detective Misty Knight (Simone Cook).

There’s also some scene of “Rat Pack” gang leader Black Mariah (Alfre Woodard), who seems to have some political ambitions in the series.

“There is nothing that can hurt you, so what the hell are you afraid of?” Cage is challenged. Check out the trailer above.

Luke Cage debuts on Friday.
