This Is Us EW PopFest: Cast signs on for a game of head-to-head trivia

You’ve gotten used to the This Is Us cast making you cry as an unconditionally united family front each week, but the tables are turning as our new favorite TV family is ready to team up against each other and show off their pop culture knowledge.

The cast of NBC’s new hit show (Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown, Justin Hartley, and Chrissy Metz) will be appearing at EW PopFest on Oct. 30 to go head-to-head against each other in a game of pop culture trivia hosted by Jane Lynch of NBC’s Hollywood Game Night.

The cast, which is featured on the cover of this week’s EW, joins an already star-studded line-up of singers, actors, and more taking the stage at Entertainment Weekly’s two-day pop culture extravaganza. Additional PopFest programming will include cast members from Grey’s Anatomy, Supernatural, Happy Endings, and all four superhero shows on the CW (Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow, as well as Gilmore Girls creator/executive producer Amy Sherman-Palladino and executive producer Daniel Palladino. Jennifer Aniston will appear with her Office Christmas Party cast mates, Eddie Redmayne will conjure up a sneak peak of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and PopFest will kick off with an advance screening of Marvel’s Doctor Strange
