With just over 17 million people tuning in to the series’ seventh season premiere, AMC’s The Walking Dead might be the hottest show on television, and it’s back, better, and more brutal than it’s ever before.

Fans waited over six months to find out who was on the receiving end of Negan’s barbed wire bat, Lucille, after season 6’s frustrating cliffhanger ending. But executive producers Scott M. Gimple and Greg Nicotero (who wrote and directed the season 7 premiere, respectively) ultimately revealed not one, but two victims had fallen prey to the show’s most nefarious villain to date.

As the series’ new teaser poster promises, things are just getting started, as fan-favorite locations (The Kingdom) and characters from the comic books (Ezekiel and his pet tiger, Shiva, anyone?) are set to debut on the TV series in the coming weeks.

The Walking Dead‘s seventh season airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.

Two Vines by Empire of the Sun

Australian electronic pop duo Empire of the Sun’s sound has always been a bit difficult to classify. They’re a little bit electronic pop, new wave, and dance all at the same time. One thing’s for sure: no matter what style they’re performing, Empire of the Sun knows how to make people move, and their third studio set, Two Vines, is no exception. With glistening pop tracks like “High and Low” and “Way to Go,” the pair hasn’t strayed far from the ethereal, echoey sound of singles that launched them to international success in the first place, like “Walking on a Dream” and “Alive,” released in 2009 and 2013, respectively.

Two Vines, which feels fresh, familiar, and fun all the same, is set for release on Oct. 28.

People of Earth

Netflix’s Lady Dynamite whetted our appetites for more Ana Gasteyer, and People of Earth is here to deliver. Gasteyer co-stars with Wyatt Cenac, Oscar Nuñez, and Michael Cassidy in the new can’t-miss ensemble comedy People of Earth, about a support group for people who’ve been abducted by aliens. Conan O’Brien, a staple on the late night talk show scene, executive produces the single-camera series alongside Greg Daniels, who previously worked on Saturday Night Live, The Office, Parks and Recreation, King of the Hill, and The Simpsons.

People of Earth premieres Monday, Oct. 31 at 9 p.m. ET on TBS.

Titanfall 2

Fans have waited two years to get their hands on the sequel to 2014’s popular multiplayer shooter Titanfall.
