xXx: Return of Xander Cage trailer released by Vin Diesel

How many action heroes can use an ocean wave as a ramp for a dirt bike? Xander Cage, for one.

Vin Diesel debuted the newest trailer for xXx: Return of Xander Cage on Tuesday evening. More so than the summer teaser, the new spot reveals plot details for the action franchise, which has been dormant since 2005.

After an extended sabbatical, Cage has been recruited back to take down a fearsome quartet of baddies who have stolen a device that controls military satellites. To combat their extreme sports ways, the NSA wants to fight fire with fire. He needs his own crew, though, after he launches a group of troops — one played by former NFL star Tony Gonzalez — out the back of a plane.
