Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi to appear at Hillary Clinton's Raleigh, North Carolina rally

Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, and Samantha Ronson are lending their voices to support Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

On the eve of the U.S. presidential election, the Democratic nominee is getting a helping hand from the music industry figures, who will attend a rally for Clinton in Raleigh, North Carolina, according to the campaign.

Clinton is scheduled to appear on North Carolina State University’s campus for a midnight speech in the battleground state, shortly after taking the stage at a major rally in Philadelphia, where she’s set to speak alongside Barack and Michelle Obama. Bon Jovi will also perform at the Pennsylvania gathering alongside Bruce Springsteen.

Clinton, the first woman to be nominated for president by a major political party in the U.S., has received high-profile support from a score of celebrities in recent weeks, with Beyoncé and Jay Z performing a free Cleveland concert in support of Clinton. J. Cole, Chance The Rapper, and Big Sean also performed at the event, while Katy Perry rallied voters with a Clinton-focused performance in Philadelphia on Saturday night.

Over the weekend, Gaga urged her Twitter followers to vote for Clinton when they head to the polls on Tuesday, warning them of her “dangerous” opponent whom she says is “continuing to divide and wreck our democracy.” She also called the 70-year-old reality show star a “political impostor” while guesting on a Japanese television program.

Ronson, a DJ and producer, also spoke favorably about Clinton on social media, tweeting she’d be “toasting when Hillary wins” on Monday morning.
