Girls season 6 trailer: Love triangles, existential crises abound

We’ve stuck with these Girls for five seasons, and, if the latest trailer for the sixth and final season of the HBO show tells us anything, Hannah Horvath (Lena Dunham) and company will head off the air dealing with the same things they came in with: messy relationships, hot and cold friendships, and, of course, a good whine.

“I haven’t made my mark on this city yet,” a pigtailed Hannah complains to Elijah (Andrew Rannells) in the clip. He counters by reminding her of all the wonderful friendships she’s made during her time in the city, as the two dissolve into a fit of laughter. “That’s not a thing,” he says.

But just what are those frenemies up to?

Judging by the clip, it seems Marnie (Allison Williams) and Desi (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) are back together, Adam (Adam Driver) and Jessa (Jemima Kirke) are still going strong, and…was that a stolen glance between Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) and Ray (Alex Karpovsky)?

The clip also teases dance classes, trips to the beach, and a fabulous red convertible, as Hannah, Marnie, Shoshanna, and Jessa get one final go-round at figuring out the whole “adulting” thing.

See the trailer below, and watch season 6 when it premieres Feb. 12 on HBO.
