Ash vs Evil Dead trailer: Watch here

Hail to the king, baby! The Evil Dead franchise has been reanimated like a swarm of deadites and will return in TV form for Starz’s new series Ash vs Evil Dead. And now we know exactly when.

During the show’s panel at San Diego’s Comic-Con it was announced that the series will debut, appropriately enough, on Halloween night: Saturday, Oct. 31 at 9pm. Not only that, but the show’s first live action trailer was screened as well, and you can watch it right here and right now. Bruce Campbell’s Ash has once again inadvertently released the deadites upon the world, and now he needs to send them back from whence they came.
