Teen Wolf: Comic-Con 2016 panel preview

The Dread Doctors might be gone, but with a new season of Teen Wolf, there’s always more evil lurking around Beacon Hills. But before the cast hits Comic-Con, let’s make sure you’re caught up. Here’s everything you need to know before Teen Wolf takes the stage at Thursday’s Comic-Con panel in San Diego.

Where we left off: Scott’s pack is back together, the Dread Doctors are dead, Theo has been dragged to who-knows-where, and Kira is off with the Skinwalkers learning to control her fox spirit. Oh, and Lydia is finally out of Eichen, Mason’s okay, and Hayden is officially a werewolf. Did you get all that?

What we know about season 6: For starters, Arden Cho announced that she won’t be returning for season 6, which means that Kira is no more and Scott, for the first time, is going to be a single man for more than, like, a week. Then we’ve got the question of Dylan O’Brien’s involvement in the season, which was put into question after he was injured while filming Maze Runner: The Death Cure. But as EW exclusively revealed, O’Brien is back, and Stiles will be a big part of the season.

Other highlights: Stiles and Lydia are going to have a very “definitive” moment for their relationship in the first episode, and in unrelated news, one of this season’s villains is a Nazi werewolf. If you were wondering, yes, we will be getting a flashback (or two) to Nazi Germany.

Finally, let’s not forget about high school graduation. To say it’s weighing heavily on Scott is an understatement. The true alpha will have to ask himself: Can he leave Beacon Hills behind?
