Robot Chicken has gone to a galaxy far, far away, but could they soon head down to Beverly Hills?

Among the cast and crew of the Adult Swim comedy to stop by the EW lounge at Comic-Con in San Diego on Friday was Breckin Meyer and Donald Faison, who costarred in the 1995 classic Clueless. So the question had to be asked if the show was ever going to do a Clueless episode.

“That would be so dope,” said Faison. “That’s actually a really good idea.”

Meyer says that it hasn’t been discussed and the show’s co-creator Matthew Senreich joked, “I want a du jour spin-off series, that’s what I would like.”

While a Clueless episode isn’t in the works, there is a Walking Dead one coming. Senreich says that the process of writing and making the episode will take 15-16 weeks, so they are calling in some help to stay as current as possible. “I would just say that Robert Kirkman guy and Scott Gimple will be in the room with us, so I’m hoping they will tell us things that we can make fun.”

The possibility of spoilers might be good for the show, but would be bad for Meyer, who is also a writer on Robot Chicken. “I’m a fan of the show, Walking Dead, not Robot Chicken,” he joked. “I’m a fan of Walking Dead, I don’t want to know so it’s going to be a challenge to be like, ‘Don’t tell us anything, but tell us some things.’”
