“Time to rock ‘n’ roll.” Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series dropped the first trailer on Thursday for its upcoming game series, revealing big bad “destroyer of worlds” Thanos and…”the slowest elevator in the universe.”

Marvel’s intergalactic band of misfits joins other Telltale games like Batman, The Wolf Among Us, The Walking Dead, and Game of Thrones. This one is a brand-new story for Star-Lord (voiced by Friday Night Lights‘ Scott Porter), Gamora (Emily O’Brien), Drax (Brandon Paul Eells), Rocket (Pretty Little Liars actor Nolan North), and Groot (Adam Harrington). The Guardians discover a powerful relic desired by “a ruthless enemy who is the last of her kind and who will stop at nothing to tear it from their hands.”

The trailer glimpses some familiar locations (like the Milano ship and Knowhere) and Thanos, portrayed on the big screen by Josh Brolin. The Nova Corps call in the Guardians to grapple with the villain and his “wrinkly chin.”

“Episode One: Tangled Up in Blue,” the first of five episodes, will be available to purchase on April 18 for $4.99 USD for PlayStation, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Mac. Players can also download the episode over the App Store and Google Play, or they can wait for the Season Pass Disc (retailing for $29.99 USD) beginning May 2.
