Steve-O has announced his breast stunt yet.
In an interview with the X5 podcast Wednesday, the Jackass star revealed that he’s planning on receiving a surprising surgery for his forthcoming Gone Too Far tour. “I came up with the idea a few years ago to get a boob job, and just film a bunch of legitimately funny hidden camera pranks with me in disguise, in various disguises, and then revealing who I actually am, and just funny endurance stunts, and whatever,” he said.

“I’ve been so particularly in love with that idea because the comedy, the opportunity for comedy I believe is absolutely there, and it’s like the quintessential Steve-O — that level of commitment, he continued. He also said that the procedure is already booked, and that he had a meeting with his Jackass collaborators Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine to discuss “tit ideas.”
The comedian said that he only plans to keep his augmentation for a short period of time. “I’m only gonna have these tits for like, max, two months, and then they’re coming out,” he said, adding that he’s consulted a doctor who is “the consensus absolute best-in-the-world at giving men gorgeous boobs.”
However, he also noted that he’s somewhat apprehensive about the long-term effects of such a procedure. “I spoke with the doctors, and I said to them candidly, ‘The one thing I’m really freaked out about, and bummed out about, and would back out of this over, is if I’m just gonna be a mess afterwards,’” he said. “You know, it’s going under the muscle, and the doctors are completely unfazed, like, ‘Two months, it comes out, absolutely no issue.’”
Fortunately, Steve-O is no stranger to substantially altering his body for comedy’s sake. “I believe in the comedy,” he said. “I’ve always been a body modification guy, like with my back tattoo, with my butt piercing — body modification has been part of my f---ing deal, it’s been a lane in my art since the beginning. And this level of commitment to this bit, how nuts it is — I believe in it, and I’m gonna go ahead and do it.”

Steve-O said that his chest has already been examined for enhancement potential. “I have it confirmed: D cup,” he revealed, and also explained that his natural physique will help accommodate such a large order. “I was none too pleased to look in the mirror and discover dimples under my developing man boobs,” he continued. “It’s something that just happens with age. I actually have f---ing dimples, and I thought, ‘Goddammit, that’s funny. Father Time, you motherf---er. You’re gonna give me man boobs, huh? You f---ing asshole. I will show you!’ And that there is specifically why I’ll be able to fit in full Ds, I believe, is because I’ve got this kind of… elasticity.”
In an Instagram post promoting the interview, Steve-O wrote, “I said way more in this interview than I should have, but f--- it! My life is about to get properly crazy.”
Steve-O also thinks the procedure could generate incredible publicity for his comedy. “The bar is so f---ing high, so for me to raise it, it kinda calls for me to actually push things too far,” he said. “Like in the spirit of Gone Too Far, getting a boob job, nuclear move. All kinds of people are just gonna f---ing hate on it like crazy, and so many people are gonna know about it, that I’m just kinda looking at it like a numbers game.”
