Watch Jacob Elordi absolutely eat it on iconic Saturday Night Live stairs in hilarious preview

The "Saltburn" actor is set to make his hosting debut this weekend — if he can navigate the stage's staircase.

Is it too late for Studio 8H to transform its staircase into a ramp? Asking for a friend, and the friend is Jacob Elordi.

The Saltburn actor, who is set to make his Saturday Night Live debut this weekend, appears to be struggling with how to navigate the stage’s small set of stairs in a hilarious new clip featuring cast members Punkie Johnson and Marcello Hernandez

“They all make it look so easy,” a glaring Elordi murmurs from the top of the steps. Hernandez then turns to Johnson and quietly asks, “He lookin’ at the stairs?”

The pair then attempt to teach Elordi — who stands a towering 6 foot 5 inches tall — how to casually use the stairs with minimal success as the Priscilla star crawls, rolls around on the first step, and then slides down them one by one on his butt.

“I got this,” Elordi declares as Johnson and Hernandez cheer for him. He opens the door and makes it all the way to the first step before tripping and face-planting firmly on the ground.

Collectively wincing at the brutal spill, Hernandez and Johnson immediately turn heel and flee the scene while Elordi still lays dazed on the ground. “Should we help him?” Johnson quietly whispers, to which Hernandez furtively replies, “Just go.”

A groaning Elordi then lifts his head to proclaim, “I’m good.”

This weekend, Elordi will be accompanied by musical guest and star of the new Mean Girls musical movie, Renée Rapp. Here’s hoping he figures out how to use those stairs before his monologue.
