Much like their on-screen counterparts, the stars of Justice League (sans Gal Gadot) joined forces at CinemaCon on Wednesday for a common cause — in this case, to hype Warner Bros.’ upcoming superhero movies.

Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, and director Zack Snyder took the stage in Las Vegas to screen footage from Justice League, which Snyder described as the culmination of a seven-year journey. “I’m a huge fan of these characters, and this a dream come true to have a chance to bring them all together in this single film,” he said.

In addition to the Justice League footage, which expanded on the recently released trailer, Warner Bros. also revealed details about the standalone movies Wonder Woman and Aquaman, starring Gadot and Momoa in the title roles.

Although Gadot wasn’t there in person, she appeared in a video introducing director Patty Jenkins and costar Chris Pine. The latter described Wonder Woman as “a really dynamic love story at its core,” according to Deadline Hollywood. “It has a Casablanca theme that we really haven’t seen in a superhero film before, and I think that’s what Patty brings.”

Footage from the film showcased Gadot’s action chops and her chemistry with Pine.

As for Aquaman, Momoa told the crowd of theater owners he was about to head to Australia to begin production on the film, which is being directed by James Wan.

According to Variety, Wan also appeared by video and unveiled some visually striking concept art, adding, “I think our Aquaman is a complete badass. [Momoa] is the complete embodiment of what Aquaman is.”

Wonder Woman opens June 2 and Justice League opens Nov. 17. Aquaman opens Dec. 21, 2018. Read more about Warner Bros’. presentation in the social media posts below.
