Dwayne Johnson's 'senses' are tingling in NSFW Baywatch trailer

In the latest red-band trailer for Baywatch, Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron’s spider-senses are tingling — only it’s not exactly their spider-senses. “Some fishy sh– is happening on our beach and my balls say we need to go over there and check it out,” Mitch Bucchanon (Johnson) tells his lifeguard trainee.

“It’s a bad idea, Mitch,” Matt Brody, Efron’s Olympic swimmer, warns. “We’re lifeguards. My balls say, ‘You should just take it easy right here.'”

Some fishy stuff indeed is going down. The R-rated reboot of the TV classic sees the Avengers of the beach, as they’ve been dubbed, banding together to take on Victoria Leeds (Priyanka Chopra), who threatens to destroy their home turf. “You’re going night night, b—-,” Mitch says before duking it out with one of her goons in a baby’s room.

The red team (a.k.a. the slo-mo-running lifeguards) is rounded out by Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Jon Bass, and Ilfenesh Hadera, while Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses) is in the director’s seat. As they plunge into fiery waters, chase bad guys on jet skis, and fire bazookas, Matt will never forget Mitch, the one who kicked his a–.”

Also on Wednesday, Johnson celebrated the release of his new GQ cover for the comedy issue. “I never had dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian, like my comedy heroes, Richard Pryor and Robin Williams. But I always did and still do just love to laugh and more importantly, make other people laugh and feel good too,” he wrote on Instagram.
