Get ready to enter the kingdom of Equestria where friendship is magic.

My Little Pony: The Movie dropped its first full-length trailer on Twitter on Wednesday, writing, “It’s time to friend up! Join the littlest ponies on a BIG screen adventure in #MyLittlePonyMovie.”

Apart from a digital first look and a short teaser trailer that debuted in April, the new trailer marks the first in-depth look at the world of Equestria and the plot of the film based on the beloved toy franchise.

The animated film features an all-star voice cast, including Sia, Emily Blunt, Kristin Chenoweth, Uzo Aduba, Taye Diggs, Liev Schreiber, and more. It will also feature original music and songs performed by cast members.

My Little Pony: The Movie follows Twilight Sparkle (Tara Strong) and her five friends — Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity — as they venture outside the kingdom of Equestria to save their land from the evil Commander Tempest (Emily Blunt) and her henchmen. The Mane 6, as they’re known, must use the magic of friendship to save the kingdom from Tempest’s invading forces.

The movie hits theaters on Oct. 6. Watch the trailer in the link above.
