Sia’s roster of famous collaborators has grown by two.

Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore and Guardians of the Galaxy star Zoe Saldana appear in the new visual for the singer’s latest single, “Free Me,” an emotional ballad released in support of the #endHIV Campaign in collaboration with the Abzyme Research Foundation.

The clip begins with Moore introducing Saldana’s character, an “expecting mother, daughter” and “friend” who’s “about to learn that HIV is taking hold in her body, attacking her immune system. And, if left untreated, will be passed on to the baby growing inside her.”

Saldana proceeds to emote her way through a powerful interpretive dance choreographed by longtime Sia colleague Ryan Heffington, who previously worked with the singer-songwriter on visuals for “Chandelier,” “Cheap Thrills,” “The Greatest,” and her Nostalgic for the Present Tour.

All proceeds from purchases of “Free Me” will go to the #endHIV Campaign, where the money will “be used to advance a new potential HIV/AIDS cure to human clinical trials,” according to a press release.
