Spice Girls fans are losing it over tour speculation

The Spice Girls sent fans into a twirl when they got together for a reunion photo last week. Though all five ladies — Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Mel C — have said they are ready to “explore some incredible new opportunities together,” they have not yet officially confirmed what’s in the works. Still, a TMZ report about a potential reunion tour continues circulating — and the buzz surrounding this revival has overflowed to even celebrities.

“Today is a monumental day,” James Corden, one of the self-proclaimed biggest Spice Girls fans out there, said during a Yahoo! interview for his Peter Rabbit movie last week. “Not because we’re all here. But because it was announced today that the Spice Girls are re-forming … all five.”

When answering a fan question about what name the cast would give a pet rabbit if they had one, Corden noted, “I’d get five rabbits, and I would name them Scary, Baby, Sporty, Posh, and Ginger.”

Someone also needs to tell Adele that fans are already contemplating delaying big life moments for this glorious event.

“If this spice girls tour is when im away im postponing my wedding,” wrote Twitter user @_SophieRoberts, reacting to the TMZ story on Wednesday. “I’m fed up of missing concerts.”
