Amy Adams, The Rock, Riz Ahmed, more added as Oscars presenters

The Oscars’ guest list has grown by 11.

Amy Adams, Riz Ahmed, Javier Bardem, John Cho, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Felicity Jones, Leslie Mann, Janelle Monáe, David Oyelowo, Emma Stone, and Charlize Theron have joined the ABC telecast as presenters, the Academy announced Thursday.

Each of the newly-announced presenters have made significant impacts on the film industry in the recent past. Adams earned some of the best reviews of her career (but not an Oscar nod) for her lead performance in Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival; Riz Ahmed wowed television audiences on HBO’s The Night Of and appeared in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story with Felicity Jones (the No. 1-grossing film of 2016); and Monáe successfully transitioned from her career as a six-time Grammy-nominated singer to a critically-lauded actress in two of the this year’s best picture Oscar nominees, the Theodore Melfi crowd-pleaser Hidden Figures and Barry Jenkins’ festival favorite Moonlight.

Bardem and Theron join previously-announced presenters Leonardo DiCaprio, Brie Larson, Mark Rylance, and Alicia Vikander as past Oscar winners, while Adams, Jones, and Stone have received Academy Award nods in the past.

On Feb. 7, the Academy revealed Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Halle Berry, Jamie Dornan, Dakota Johnson, Gael García Bernal, Shirley MacLaine, Kate McKinnon, and Hailee Steinfeld will also present at the upcoming ceremony.

The 2017 Academy Awards show, produced by Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd, will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel on Sunday, Feb. 26 at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre. ABC will broadcast the event beginning at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
