RuPaul's Drag Race UK vs. the World season 2 reveals cast competing for first UK cash prize

Eleven queens from global franchises — including two American gals — will compete for the second "UK vs. the World" crown — which now includes a cash prize.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK vs. the World has announced its season 2 cast of crumpets set to spill the tea and slay the British Werk Room later this year — all of whom are vying for the first-ever cash prize in UK franchise her-story.

Representing seven regions from around the globe, the 11 queens returning to battle for the second UK vs. the World crown include fan-favorite contestants from international franchises — with RuPaul's Drag Race queens Mayhem Miller (season 10, All Stars 5) and Scarlet Envy (season 11, All Stars 6) competing on behalf of the United States.

Other contenders are Arantxa Castilla-La Mancha (Drag Race España, season 1); Choriza May (RuPaul's Drag Race UK, season 3); Gothy Kendoll (RuPaul's Drag Race UK, season 1); Hannah Conda (RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under, season 2); Jonbers Blonde (RuPaul's Drag Race UK, season 4); Keta Minaj (Drag Race Holland, season 2); La Grande Dame (Drag Race France, season 1); Marina Summers (Drag Race Philippines, season 1), and Tia Kofi (RuPaul's Drag Race UK, season 2).

The season 2 cast will compete for the title of Queen of the Mothertucking World and, for the first time since Drag Race UK debuted in 2019, a cash prize — the amount of which has yet to be revealed.

RuPaul again returns as head judge for the series, alongside regular UK judges Michelle Visage, Graham Norton, and Alan Carr, plus a revolving door of guest judges and celebrities set to make cameos throughout the season.

The first season of UK vs. the World debuted in January 2022, and saw popular queens — including eventual All Stars 8 winner Jimbo, Thailand judge Pangina Heals, Jujubee, and Mo Heart — duke it out across one of the most dramatic seasons in recent memory.

In an interview with EW following the season, winner Blu Hydrangea (originally from Drag Race UK's first season) revealed that she valued winning the title, but also savored the prize of getting to crush on Pangina during production.

"I was just thirsting over Pangina, like the rest of the world," she said at the time. "Any time she'd do anything, my little penis would just go ding! You're stuck in quarantine for 10 days, then you're shoved in a Werk Room. This time, we didn't have a Brit Crew, so there was nothing to let steam off with. That was Pangina for me."
