Sydney Sweeney had a bold new look at Monday's Met Gala, where she stepped onto the red carpet with baby bangs and a black bob.
Sweeney, whose latest project is March horror film Immaculate, looked quite different without the longer, blonde hairstyle that audiences are used to seeing on projects such as Euphoria, The White Lotus, and Anyone But You.

In what People reported was her third outing to the event nicknamed "Fashion's Biggest Night," Sweeney wore a gorgeous light blue gown, reminiscent of something Cinderella or another fairy tale princess might have worn. The off-the-shoulder number, designed by Miu Miu, featured detailed flowers on the bodice, which was positioned atop a tulle skirt, as a nod to this year's dress code "The Garden of Time," inspired by J.G. Ballard's short story of the same name and in honor of the Costume Institute's new exhibit, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.
She accessorized with long, black leather gloves.
According to Vogue, Sweeney's dramatic transformation came courtesy of a wig, so don't expect the change to be permanent.
