West Wing fan's trailer imagines a Toby Ziegler movie

The West Wing series finale aired in 2006, but that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping they may be able to see their favorite White House administration back on screen at some point.

In fact, one YouTube user took it upon himself to make it happen with a cleverly edited trailer for his made-up movie, Toby. Featuring some of the best Toby Ziegler scenes spliced together, the short video appears to tease a feature film about the White House communications director played by Richard Schiff.

The trailer has all the ingredients of a real movie, including serious drama (“I need a doctor!” he yells at one point), a sweeping score, and an inspiring end quote. In this case, Toby says, “Government can be a place where people come together, and where no one gets left behind.”
