Younger: Watch Sutton Foster reveal season 4 premiere date

The cast is ready to get the party started

Younger is coming back this summer!

In a video posted on Twitter Monday afternoon, Sutton Foster reveals to costar (and on-screen love interest) Peter Hermann and their fans that the TV Land series’ fourth season will premiere Wednesday, June 28.

“We’re back,” says Foster to the camera as she’s surrounded by the rest of the show’s cast, including Hilary Duff, Molly Bernard, Miriam Shor, and Debi Mazar.

The show’s third season ended on several big cliffhangers. First, Liza Miller’s (Foster) boyfriend Josh (Nico Tortorella) broke up with Liza (right before proposing!) after he catches her making out with her boss Charles (Hermann). More importantly, however, after three seasons, Liza finally confessed to her friend and co-worker Kelsey that she actually wasn’t a twentysomething.

“I think it will be really interesting going into season 4,” Foster told EW when we spoke to her about the season 3 finale in December. “Liza kind of has nobody right now. Who knows how Kelsey is going to react. [Liza] doesn’t have a man. Josh is done with her. Although, I do know that Nico will be back in season 4. I’m pretty sure, but I don’t know — it won’t be in the capacity of Liza’s love interest.”

“I don’t think she’s going to take it well,” said Foster in regards to Kelsey’s reaction to Liza’s bombshell.
