Suits cast celebrates 100 episodes with elaborate PSL cake

Congratulations, Suits!

The cast of the long-running USA legal drama celebrated their 100th episode milestone on the show’s Toronto set Tuesday evening with a Pearson Specter Litt-inspired cake, which they all documented on Instagram. Patrick J. Adams, who also directed the landmark hour, was joined by original cast members Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Sarah Rafferty, and Rick Hoffman.

“Broke it and bought it,” Adams captioned a photo of the elaborate cake after cutting into it.

While the cast obviously had fun celebrating the big hour, we also know that the writers had a wonderful time writing it from our recent interview with series creator Aaron Korsh. “As the family of people who make the show Suits, it’s a big accomplishment, it’s emotional, and it marks a passage of time because nothing lasts forever,” Korsh said. “We really loved writing it.”

Recurring guest stars Wendell Pierce and Dulé Hill, who just boarded the show for season 7, were also on hand for the festivities, as well as executive producers Rick Muirragui and Silver Tree, Universal Cable Production Executive Vice President Mark Binke, and NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment EVP Bill McGoldrick.

“100 for some, 6 for one…either way, you know I’m drinking this champagne. Congrats on a magnificent milestone @Suits_USA!!” Hill captioned a photo of the party on Instagram.

Suits returns for its seventh season Wednesday, July 12 at 9 p.m. ET on USA Network. The 100th episode is slated for August 30.
