The Modern Family kids are alright.

EW has confirmed that the Dunphy Family offspring played by Ariel Winter (Alex), Nolan Gould (Luke), and Sarah Hyland (Haley), as well as Rico Rodriguez (Manny Delgado), have signed new deals to stay on the ABC comedy through season 10. They each secured salaries of $100,000-plus per episode, according to Deadline.

Their new deals follow the recent pacts signed by the rest of the ensemble in May. Actors Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, Sofia Vergara, and Eric Stonestreet will earn roughly $500,000 an episode for season 9.

The two youngest cast members — Aubrey Anderson-Emmons (Lily Tucker-Pritchett) and Jeremy Maguire (Joe Pritchett) — are still under their original deals since they joined the show later.

Modern Family resumes production in August. It returns to ABC for a ninth season on Sept. 27.
