The Powerpuff Girls: Here's the scoop on the new sister

Meet Bliss!

The Powerpuff Girls are now a quartet. After EW teased the silhouette of the newest Powerpuff Girl on Sept. 6, Cartoon Network has now introduced her to the world in the five-part movie event, The Powerpuff Girls: The Power of Four.

Bliss is the long-lost older sister to the beloved Powerpuff trio of Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup. Returning to Townsville, Bliss is learning the strength of her powers, which include flight, teleportation, telekinesis, and super strength, alongside her sisters.

Making her on-screen debut Sunday on the Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls: The Power of Four, Bliss has a fascinating backstory—long before he created Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup, Professor Utonium created Bliss with the same blend of sugar, spice, everything nice, and superpowers.

Bliss hasn't been seen for years following her mysterious disappearance, but now she's returned as a teenager to fight crime in Townsville, reunited with her sisters and her long-lost family.

Multiple actresses from around the world are lending their voice talents to Bliss — the five-part movie event is getting a global rollout to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, France, Poland, and more.
