Blindspot sneak peek: Are Weller and Jane on the path to reconciling?

After Jane (Jaimie Alexander) left Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) in the wake of learning he accidentally killed her daughter Avery (Kristina Reyes), viewers have slowly discovered that not only is Avery alive, but there’s a good chance her faked death was orchestrated by Roman (Luke Mitchell), a bid to keep Jeller apart.

Well, Jane and Weller are finally piecing together the clues, and seem to even know that Avery is still alive, based on the clip below. How will the estranged couple handle this news? “I think Jane will be a little relieved,” executive producer Martin Gero previously told EW. “Her feelings and what actually happened play heavily in the next two episodes, so I don’t want to say too much. Jane wants to forgive Weller, because she loves him and misses being close to him. Hopefully Patterson will find out some more information to pave the way for that.”

Blindspot airs Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
