Watch the terrifying trailer for Netflix's YA horror series Chambers

Major surgery is always scary. But just imagine if you were implanted with the heart of a dead girl who then haunted you and caused you to see super scary things.

Get ready for Netflix’s new YA horror series Chambers. The streaming giant released the first trailer for the show, created by Leah Rachel and premiering April 26.

Chambers follows Sasha (Sivan Alyra Rose), the aforementioned teen who has a heart attack and is given the heart of Becky (Lilliya Scarlett Reid), a young woman whose parents are played by Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn (who has clearly been spending his post-Scandal days at CrossFit). As Sasha becomes accustomed to her new heart, she starts seeing some bonkers stuff and feeling, well, not quite herself.

“Taking place in a mystic, New Age pocket of Arizona, Chambers is a psychological horror story that explores the different ways we metabolize trauma,” the creator says. “But what starts out as a grounded human story eventually pivots into something far more strange and f’ed up than you were expecting.”

Saying any more would ruin the twists of Chambers but this show is wild.
