Jinkx Monsoon tried an 'iconic' celebrity Snatch Game on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7

Jinkx tells EW she felt "a lot of pressure" to replicate her season 5 Little Edie excellence on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7.

When Jinkx Monsoon steps onto the Snatch Game stage, the world "siezures (spelling?)" — and it's safe to expect the same when she goes for another round on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7.

"I wasn't expecting to shatter the mold as much as I did with Little Edie, but, after having done that, I felt a lot of pressure to really bring it for the Snatch Game this time," the Drag Race season 5 winner exclusively tells EW of attempting the fan-favorite celebrity impersonation challenge once again on AS7. "I knew that I had to do someone that was iconic but who I could live in for however long it took us to film Snatch Game that day."

Jinkx's original performance as Little Edie is regarded as one of the best Snatch Game performances in Drag Race her-story, despite the show's younger fandom largely being unfamiliar with the quirky Grey Gardens personality ahead of the drag superstar's set. It's that signature ability to make just about anything funny that Jinkx promises will follow her through her time on the all-winners edition of All Stars 7 — along with a few of her other endearing traits.

"One of the things that's very different about me on the winners season versus my first season is that I have money and technique and skills that I previously did not possess. I got, like, 10 years of live performance and doing drag experience, and I'd say that I'm a hair more polished and put together than I was on season 5. I think what's stayed the same, and what people can come to expect from me, is just extremely intrusive neuroses for your comedic benefit," she explains. "I feel like I gave about the same about of s---s both times. I really did give a s--- this time, I really gave a s--- last time, but you really have to live up to the s--- everyone expects from you and expects from a winner, so I was in the s--- with it. No, I gave a big s--- about this."

Jinkx's All Stars 7 sisters — including past winners Raja, Yvie Oddly, Monét X Change, Trinity The Tuck, Jaida Essence Hall, The Vivienne, and Shea Couleé — also told EW about the pressures of repeating Snatch Game in our AS7 cover story.

"It's hard. Michelle Visage's comment on my season was [my Donald Trump impersonation] was the best Snatch Game she'd ever seen. I was just like, 'Well, I'm going to do this and hope for the best,'" The Vivienne said. "I didn't feel like I could live up to it. You can be great at Snatch Game, but as soon as RuPaul walks in that room, it's a completely different scenario. You can be so prepared, but it goes poof, and you're down to your quick wit and whatever you pull out of your ass."
