Drag Race winner Monét X Change might finally wear her birthday sweater from Bob the Drag Queen on All Stars 7

Will fans finally see Monét in the infamous sweater? "Maybe if you guys watch enough all-winners, you might see it on TV," she teases.

The sibling rivalry might end if Monét X Change (finally) wears that infamous birthday sweater from her longtime friend and collaborator Bob the Drag Queen.

Monét — who works with Drag Race season 8 winner Bob on their Sibling Rivalry podcast — teases to EW in her interview for our latest cover story that she may or may not wear the mystery garment (which has long been a topic of playful banter between the pair and their fans) during her upcoming run the RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 all-winners competition.

"I still have the sweater that Bob the Drag Queen lovely and graciously got me for my birthday," Monét says, "and maybe if you guys watch enough all-winners, you might see it on TV."

Bob and Monét have a hilariously complicated history regarding the sweater, which the former had custom-made for Monét two years ago.

Bob has asked Monét to send a photo of herself wearing the sweater, which she has yet to do, and the back-and-forth has become a comical point of faux contention between the two on Sibling Rivalry.

In her EW interview, Monét also jokes that "Bob tried to sabotage" her "time on all-winners by sneaking text messages to designers" so they wouldn't get things to her on time for the highly anticipated contest.

"Bob has done nothing but help me for all-winners season," she clarifies. "He came over and gave me a little pep talk, right as they were coming over to whisk me away, Bob was at my home speaking gallons of wisdom into me before I left because my sister knows what her friend needs. because of him, I felt good going into all-winners."

The season 10 alum and subsequent All Stars 4 champion previously told EW that she went into AS7 competing against fellow winners Raja (season 3), Jinkx Monsoon (season 5), Yvie Oddly (season 11), Trinity The Tuck (All Stars 4), The Vivienne (Drag Race UK season 1), Jaida Essence Hall (season 12), and Shea Couleé (All Stars 5) with the intent to have a blast creating chaotic television for fans.

"I was uninhibited going in. Like, 'You know what? I'm just ready to have fun and be strategic. As someone who watches a lot of Drag Race and All Stars, I want them to be shady and send people home." Cue UK Versus the World," she said during EW's roundtable discussion with the cast. "I loved that they were being so shady and made good TV. I felt that energy. Like, "Let's create chaos, let's have fun."

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 premieres May 20 on Paramount+. Watch a clip from Monét's solo interview above, and read the full cover story here.
