Orange Is the New Black Season 5: First Look Photos Tease Riot's Aftermath

Tensions are running high at Litchfield in the wake of the riot sparked by Poussey's death. On Tuesday, Netflix released eight first look images (and a new teaser) from Orange Is the New Black's forthcoming fifth season, which will take place in real time and over the course of three days. The riot changed the women's lives forever and now they find themselves "emboldened to fight for redemption, resolution, and the respect they deserve," according to the season's logline. OITNB season 5 premieres Friday, June 9.
