The stars of the long-running medical drama Grey's Anatomy are uniting for a good cause, and you can watch the conversation live right here starting at 8 p.m. ET tonight.

The virtual event, which is the latest episode of Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley's Stars In The House YouTube series, will support The Actors Fund, for which star Chandra Wilson serves as a Western Council member. Wilson along with other stars from Grey's including James Pickens, Kelly McCreary, Kim Raver, Camilla Luddington, Jake Borelli, Chris Carmack, Greg Germann, Richard Flood, and Anthony Hill, will unite for a live celebration of all things Grey's. Topics to be discussed include the cast talking about filming the current season, honoring front line workers, and the importance of vaccination. They will also answer fan questions submitted via the Stars In The House social media pages.

The reunion episode will also stream exclusively on PEOPLE social platforms Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, as well as on PeopleTV's Facebook and Twitter, and on the Stars In The House YouTube channel, and StarsInTheHouse.com.

The Grey's Anatomy cast is the latest set of high-profile guests to appear on the series, which brings people together to sing, share stories, and raise money to help those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other recent guests include the creatives behind Night at the Museum, Scandal, Knots Landing, Melrose Place, Frasier, Family Ties, The Waltons, Glee, 30 Rock, and more.
