⛳ The oldest golf tournament in the world, The Open Championships attracts over a quarter of a million spectators each year with round the clock coverage for television audiences world-wide. This year, the 152nd Championships at Troon will be our 36th Open providing broadcast facilities. It’s the culmination of over 12 months of planning, three weeks of rigging on site and represents the crown jewel of our UK operations. It’s a project we’re immensely proud to be a part of. In a tradition dating back to the 17th century the Palio di Siena is held twice a year with jockeys racing bareback around the Piazza del Campo in Siena, watched by thousands of spectators.   EMG Italy has provided the live coverage of this iconic race for the past three years, broadcast live on La7, Canale 3 and Siena TV and streamed live on Gazzetta dello Sport.  The 10 camera coverage of the entire track is operated out of a temporary control room in the Teatro dei Rinnovati. Each day of The Wimbledon Championships, players on Centre Court take the same walk. This weekend, on singles final day, that walk transforms with each step captured by the EMG CONNECTIVITY Steadicam RF system. Finalists will journey from the changing rooms through the corridors of the All England Clubhouse, passing photographs of previous champions before pausing at the point where they will step out onto Centre Court for their historic finals showdown. After the match, the winner will retrace their steps through the corridors until they reach the Championship balcony, where they are greeted by the roar of cheering fans.
