12 times Mike Woodson wished he wasn't coaching the Knicks

Mike Woodson was fired as the head coach of the New York Knicks on Monday. The firing comes after a horrible season in which the Knicks finished 37-45 and failed to make the playoffs. Woodson’s time in New York wasn’t all bad. He compiled a 109-79 record since taking over the team with 24 games to play in 2011-12 season.

Despite a winning record, Woodson never looked particularly happy, and at many times seemed totally miserable. To be fair, you probably wouldn’t be all rainbows and sunshine if you had to deal with the New York media, J.R. Smith, Jim Dolan, Carmelo Anthony, Jim Dolan again, and all of the other shenanigans that come with being in charge of the New York Knicks.

No one could really begrudge Woodson a few baffled faces here and there.
