Here’s a list of things Kevin Durant accomplished Wednesday night against the Detroit Pistons:

1. Scored 42 points.

2. Made a game-winning dunk with 16 seconds remaining.

3. Clinched the second seed in the Western Conference, finishing with a record of 59-23.

4. Wrapped up the NBA scoring title for the fourth time in the last five seasons, finishing the season with an average of 31.9 points per game.

He also nearly ripped the rim off the backboard in the first quarter.

All those things should add up to Durant’s first MVP award later this year.
