Although the Los Angeles Clippers’ final playoff seed is still up in the air — L.A. could still take the second seed in the West with a win and a loss by the Thunder on the season’s final night — but with coach Doc Rivers planning to rest his starters against the Blazers Wednesday, it’s likely that the Clippers will finish third in the conference.

The Golden State Warriors clinched the sixth seed in the West and await the third-place team in the first round, and sharpshooter Klay Thompson sweetened the potential Clippers-Warriors matchup by taking a shot at L.A. star Blake Griffin during a radio appearance. Thompson said on San Francisco station 95.7 The Game that Griffin plays like a “bull in a china shop,” but also has a tendency to go down easily.

Via ESPN:

“He flairs his arm around so you know you might catch a random elbow or something that doesn’t you know rub off too well on guys. He’s kind of like a bull in a china shop, kind of out of control sometimes. And then you do just see him flop sometimes like how can a guy that big and strong flop that much…. I can see how that gets under people’s skin and be frustrating to play against.”
