The Boston Celtics played their last game of the NBA season Wednesday night, and their first since the one-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing. Star Rajon Rondo paid tribute with ‘Boston Strong’ sneakers, which carried the initials of every victim of the bombing.

The shoe’s tongue mimics a marathon bib and has the numbers “41513″ commemorating the date of the tragedy. Rondo shared a closer look at the kicks.

According to Ball Don’t Lie, Rondo will donate his shoes to the One Fund, a charitable organization founded in the aftermath of the attack, which helps those affected by the tragedy.
