Relive Timothy Bradley's controversial win over Manny Pacquiao before their rematch

Before June 9th, 2012, Manny Pacquiao had not lost a fight for seven years and seemed to be the strongest pound-for-pound fighter in the world. That would all change against Timothy Bradley Jr., who shocked the world with a controversial split-decision victory that he may not have truly won. Judge Jerry Roth scored the fight 115–113 for Pacquiao, but judges Duane Ford and C.J. Ross both scored the fight 115-113 in favor of Bradley.

Most experts had scored the fight in Pacquiao’s favor, and promoter Bob Arum was furious with the result. Just a few days after the fight, the WBO announced it would review the decision, and a team of five panel judges all named Pacquiao the winner. To his credit, Bradley said at the time he would welcome a rematch, and fans will finally get to see it Saturday night.
