The Cleveland Browns soundly beat the Cincinnati Bengals 24-3 on Thursday night. It’s what many might call a sound drubbing. Bengals running back Jeremy Hill saw things a little differently.

From ABC Chicago:

“Oh no, not at all. They’re probably worse than I thought, to be honest with you.”

He didn’t stop there.

“They didn’t do anything special to me,” Hill continued. “I mean, respect to them, they won the game. But that’s all I’ll give them.”

Hill rushed for 55 of the Bengals 86 rushing yards. He also fumbled.

The Browns rushed for 170.

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton passed for 86 yards and was intercepted three times.

Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer passed for 198 yards and was intercepted NEVER.

The Browns outgained the Bengals by 203 yards.

And perhaps the most damning stat of the night …

Browns 24, Bengals 3

The rivalry between Cleveland and Cincinnati is real, and no one wants to give their opponent an inch.

However, sometimes it’s best to not say anything. Like, no words at all. Just take your shower, put on your suit and get out of the stadium as fast as you can because you were just beaten by 21 points and literally nothing you can say will benefit the situation you find yourself in.
