In the second quarter of Grambling State’s game against Mississippi Valley State, it became clear that someone hadn’t set or turned off a very important timer: The sprinklers.

The mascot, as the video shows, tried to dive over the water that quickly spread over the field but it wasn’t enough to stop the multiple water spouts.

Grambling State notched its seventh straight win despite the sprinklers.
