Minnesota's Maxx Williams makes jaw-dropping catch on the sideline

There’s something about the Big Ten and ridiculous catches. Nebraska’s Jordan Westerkamp blew our minds with a behind-the-back catch in August, and seemingly every week since, a Big Ten receiver has made the catch of the week. Minnesota tight end Maxx Williams will likely take that honor this week after somehow managing to drag his toe along the grass while fully extended to catch a ball he had no business catching.

The catch was initially ruled incomplete, but the call was reversed after a replay. At the end of the drive, Williams caught a 9-yard touchdown pass to put the Gophers up 21-7.
