This is last year’s NHL Rookie of the Year and potential sorcerer Nathan MacKinnon of the Colorado Avalanche. He takes a hockey puck that is deflected high off the netting, and then when it comes down, he catches it on his stick.

Just catches it. Like you might catch a baseball. If you were wearing a glove.

Now, logic says that MacKinnon is able to do this because he’s one of the most skilled and electrifying young players in the league.

I have a different theory: HE’S A WITCH!
