During a Tuesday night game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the NBA’s oldest active player, Washington Wizards guard Andre Miller, at 38 years of age, saw Kevin Seraphin’s shot bound off of the rim and probably thought to himself: This is my chance. TODAY’S THE DAY.

Today was not the day.

That’s what happens when you have no offseason workout plan. You tend to not be able to jump all that well.
