LeBron James chose to spend his Sunday night at Madison Square Garden watching the New York Knicks play the Portland Trail Blazers.
I get that he’s in town for the Cavaliers’ Monday night game against the Nets, but why spend an off night watching the Knicks play Portland? Why not take in a Broadway show? Or do any one of a thousand other things one can do for fun in New York?
It’s anyone’s guess as to why. There aren’t too many reasons James would be at a regular season game that he’s not playing in, so it must mean that HE’S GOING TO THE KNICKS*.
*In two years’ time when his contract in Cleveland expires.^
^It’s almost certainly not that.
