As part of Bleacher Report’s #UNINTERRUPTED series, world-famous backup quarterback Johnny Manziel sat down with a “clear mind” and a “clear heart” to reflect on his topsy-turvy rookie season. Manziel shared the video on Twitter on Tuesday evening.

It was full of all the platitudes you might expect, but Manziel insisted that he’s been necessarily humbled, and vows to work hard in the offseason and come back better next season. Will he actually make good on all of these resolutions? Time will tell.
