Dez Bryant on the Ezekiel Elliott pick: 'Let's see what happens'

The Cowboys surprised some with the selection of Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott at No. 4 overall, and Dez Bryant didn’t seem particularly excited.

Shortly after Roger Goodell made the official announcement, Bryant welcomed Elliott to the Cowboys’ offense … sort of.

“Welcome … Let’s see what happens” wasn’t the best endorsement of Jerry Jones’ drafting, but he could’ve said worse.

The risks of taking a running back that early in the draft may have played a role in the tweet, or perhaps Bryant hates crop tops?

Either way, Elliott will have some work cut out for him to impress his new teammate.
