Kobe Bryant signs sneakers for Chris Paul: ‘One of the greatest competitors of all time!'

Kobe Bryant played against the Clippers for the last time on Wednesday night. After the game, as he has done for many other players this final season, Bryant signed a pair of shoes for his buddy Chris Paul.

Paul shared a photo of his signed Air Jordan 3 Retro Kobe PEs. On the side, you can see Bryant’s signature that follows a message:

“To my brother CP
One of the greatest competitors of all time!”

The two won Olympic gold medals together in Beijing and London. They’re close — so close that Paul gifted Bryant with dental adhesive, compression socks and a cane, and he STILL got signed shoes.

Paul also shared this tweet of respect.

Additionally, Paul and Bryant had a nice family moment after the game.
