MacOS Version 6.1.4 (6120) and iOS Version 6.1.5 (6122)

Feed: http://news.ycombinator.com/rss

Account type: Feedly

On both macOS and iOS, the Hacker News feed now shows a generic globe icon rather than the custom orange Y icon. The Y icon still appears on the Feedly web interface.

Deleting and re-adding the Feedly account doesn't seem to have an effect.

Happening on an iCloud-synced account as well.

Looks like they've removed their favicon (if they had one), but there is an apple-touch-icon.png we should probably be picking up.

Edit: Looks like we only use an apple-touch-icon if it's specified in the headers, but don't check if there's one at the default location (in root).
