Since upgrading to iPadOS 17.4.1, NetNewsWire has no longer been able to fetch my iCloud feeds. The same version on iOS works fine. I tried reinstalling NetNewsWire, but now the app locks up when I try to enable iCloud feeds

@tychoquad Read iCloud Syncing Limitations & Solutions and see if it can help you resolve your problem.

I left it to load in the foreground overnight and it was still locked up.

Do you mean it locks up in the sense that it won’t respond to user input at all? Can you pull down a menu, for instance, or click any buttons?

The app itself won’t respond to user input, but the OS will. I can even get weird things to happen, like putting the app into Split View, but it remains full screen.

Had you tapped the Use iCloud button?

Yes, the app remains fully functional until I press that button, the moment I do, I can no longer dismiss that dialog or click on the link below

I know that you shouldn't have to do this, but sometimes it helps. Have you tried restarting your iPad?

… I restarted my iPad and then pressed the button. The dialog went away and my feeds slowly started appearing. This appears to be the solution, thank you very much
